Done in about 10 minutes at the very most, because I noticed there wasn't any Tobi stamps here on dA D:
I got the stamp template from here - [link] So credits to $zilla774 for posting that! I had thought about making stamps sometime. Gwah, I'm so stupid with Photoshop though. I actually took this into OpenCanvas after I saved the template as a .PNG file, then I erased the color in the middle so I could replace it with a picture of Tobi. I did the text in Photoshop and added the heart, which is of course from here xD; Feel free to use as you'd like in your journal or shoutbox!
